8. Appointment Booking & Communications
The Site may allow you to request an appointment, send a message, or otherwise contact us. By doing so, you understand and agree that:
- Appointment requests are not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our office
- Communications submitted through the Site are not guaranteed to be reviewed promptly
- Email and standard web forms are not secure methods for communicating Protected Health Information (PHI); use our secure patient portal for any PHI-related communications
- We reserve the right to decline new patient requests at our discretion, consistent with applicable laws

"As Is" Basis
The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
